MEMORIAL CUP BOOSTS GOOD CAUSE
Littleport Town FC presented a cheque for more than £250 to the Multiple Sclerosis Society this week.

The club raised the sum from the proceeds of the Mick North Memorial Cup, an annual pre-season knock-out tournament that draws the region’s top teams.
For this year’s event the FA provided free match officials and Littleport Leisure Centre helped out with free bar staff.

This season’s competition was won by Soham Town Rangers Reserves, who beat host team Littleport 3-0 on penalties, following a gripping final.

Pictured above, the cheque was presented by Littleport Town FC Chairman Bob Bowditch to M.S Society members Rita Read, Chris Bowles and Hilary South.

MORE SUCCESS FOR THE UNDER 14s
Port's Under 14s made another trip to The Corn Exchange to celebrate success. This year they've marked promotion and collected trophies as C League Runners Up and Knock Out Cup winners. Well done lads!

If you would like to play a part in this season's campaign for the new under 15s, there are places for a couple of strong players available, please call Bob on: 01353 860314.
